Project One
This was a job in ponsonby and the client wanted her old pool given a face lift and fully landscaped around her property. So buildscape went to work and this was the final product very happy with the final outcome.
Project Two
This was a consented project in Remuera, which consisted of a new deck and lawn. The client wanted some flow from their upstairs lounge area. So after our team at buildscape got all the drawings drawn up and consented through council. We removed the old windows and installed new timber bi fold doors onto a new deck and lawn structure. The client Leoni was very happy.
Project Three
This was a project in ponsonby. The client wanted a ‘new look’ front entrance to the property. We installed a new solid block and weatherboard fence with electric gates and automation, we also installed pathways and levelling the lawn. Another happy client
Project Four
Daycare Centre:
This project was a challenge. It was another consented project that required a lot of engineering, and a lot of thought. This was built beside a creek and required a lot of posts to hold the new decks and large sandpit in place. We made use of an area, that was basically unuseable.
Project Five
This project was a consented composting toilet block at Whatipu Beach. This job was done for Auckland Council. They required three composting toilets built. They were built into the sand using formatubes, and all the cladding was natural macrocarpa. This was one of the largest composting toilets in NZ when built in 2006.
Project Six
A project in Ponsonby where the clients wanted to make use of their sloping lawn. Buildscape Levelled the lawn by installing retaining and steps. Another happy client.
Project Seven
This was a project in Remuera at a large estate. Our brief was to make the entrance ‘grand’ to match the house, and to keep it quite formal. Buildscape removed old trees, levelled ground and planted new lawn. We planted with formal ‘buxes’ pre-made hedges for an instant look, and planted eugenias to take the height off the large stone wall, and to also add privacy from the road.
Project Eight
This was a project in Ponsonby, the client required steps from their impressive front entrance, heading around the back to the pool area. They wanted a point of difference, so buildscape came up with the idea of floating steps amongst the garden.
